Dr Ntshingila-Khosa is the founder and CEO of Sharp Pencil Consulting, established in 2004, and was previously executive director of Ntshingila-Khosa and Associates from 1997 until 2003. From 1994 to 1997 she worked as a Senior Consultant for the Improving Education Quality (IEQP) project, a USAID-funded project. Her expertise as a management consultant is on educational policy, strategic planning, project design, project and programme monitoring and evaluation, as well as surveys and project audits.
For the past 20 years Dr Ntshingila-Khosa has conducted research, facilitation, project evaluations and impact assessments for several organisations such as Department of Finance and International Development (DFID), the European Union (EU), Department of Labour (DoL), Gauteng Department of Education, the Telkom Foundation, and the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authorities.
